The work happens in a controlled environment
The person accesses your systems through a virtual desktop we manage. Information is not downloaded to their machine, is not stored on their personal computer and does not leave that environment. It is not a promise of good conduct: it is a technical restriction.
Access is granted and withdrawn under control
Each person has the access they need and only that. When the relationship ends, it is revoked the same day. No exceptions, and not dependent on anyone remembering.
GDPR compliance
We sign the corresponding data processing agreement and act as Processor. Processing outside the European Economic Area is covered by the safeguards provided for in the Regulation. All personnel sign confidentiality agreements.
Devices managed by us
We provide the laptop, configure it with security software and maintain it. It supports remote lock and wipe if lost.
