Work does not stop because someone is away

Nobody plans a long absence. And when it comes, tickets keep arriving, returns stay open and the month-end close still has a date.

The day they do not come in

It usually starts on a Tuesday. A message in the morning, a return date that at first is a week away. You reorganise the day, someone on the team picks up what is urgent and the rest is parked «until they are back».

What gets parked does not disappear. It piles up. And by the third week the team covering the gap has spent three weeks doing their own job and someone else's.

    What comes next

The absence stretches and the awkward question arrives: do you hire someone? The role still belongs to the person who is away, so whatever you hire is temporary — with all that implies about training that may last two months.

And while you decide, the work continues. It is not a cost problem. It is that the operation degrades slowly and without anyone announcing it: response times climb, returns close later, reviews go unanswered.

And if it was not a fit in the first place

The other scenario is worse because it has no end date. The person is there, keeps the hours, and the work still does not come out as it should. Nobody wants to be the one to say it out loud, so it runs for a quarter.

When it is finally decided, everything starts again: the search, the interviews, the training, the three months until there is autonomy. And the entirely reasonable feeling of having lost half a year.

How it is handled on our side

None of this is a favour: they are terms, and they are in writing before you sign anything.
    • 20 days a year covered

Holiday, short sick leave and permits already included in the fee. No rebilling and no paperwork on your side.

    • Replacement with no recruitment fee

If the person does not fit, we find another and do not charge you for the search. New candidates within 15 working days.

    • A search that never stops

From the moment your pod is active we keep qualifying profiles for your role, even with no vacancy. That is why we can present in days.

    • The role does not start from zero

Whoever comes in inherits the documented procedures for the role, not an empty folder. The learning curve starts higher up.

    • Documentation that maintains itself

Our own AI system periodically interviews whoever holds the role to document their duties and experience. You can read it and add to it.

    • No lock-in

If it still does not work, you leave with 60 days' notice. There is no minimum term tying you down while you decide.

    What people usually ask here

What exactly do the 20 days cover?

Holiday, short sick leave and permits for the assigned person, up to 20 days a year. They are inside the fee: no rebilling and no paperwork on your side.

And if the absence is longer than that?

That would have to be discussed case by case, and we would rather say so than promise cover that is not defined. What is defined is everything above.

Does the guarantee restart with the replacement?

No. The guarantee sits with you and with the service, not with the individual. It does not start from zero every time there is a change.

Do you bill the gap between one person leaving and the next starting?

No. The transition period between one person leaving and the next starting their day 1 is not billed.

How long do you take to present someone new?

New candidates within 15 working days at most. It is usually less, because we never stop searching while the pod is active.

Can I see the documentation for the role?

Yes. It is available to you and you can add to it if you see something missing. In practice it is yours: it is what stops the next person starting from zero.
